With the majority of our departments based at our Head Office near Pontefract we have the skills and expertise available to deal with a broad range of enquiries. Below is a breakdown of the departments at Dempsey Dyer.

Sales

With dedicated Timber Trade and PVC Trade sales teams we have the ability to deal with all quoting/ordering related enquiries from our Head Office. Our Commercial department provides the expertise needed for large project quoting/ordering.

Commercial

As stated above our Commercial department is on hand to deal with all enquiries from potential or existing customers in the Commercial sector. Quoting, Ordering and Customer Service is provided as a dedicated service for our Commercial customers.

Transport

With an in-house Transportation department queries regarding your delivery status and other various options can be easily requested.

Production

With separate production departments for both Timber and PVC we have the expertise needed to deal with all production related enquiries either in-house or through our relationships with external suppliers.

Accounts

Our Accounts department is on hand to deal with all billing related enquiries.

Customer Service

While every effort is made to ensure our products are unsurpassed in quality and design, there may be times where our customers require after-sale service relating to a fault or other technical issue. Customer Service teams are available in each of our three main departments; Timber, PVC and Commercial. Every incident is logged and dealt with accordingly resulting in the minimum amount of disruption.
