Technology

Here at Dempsey Dyer we invest in new technologies to cater for the needs of our customers. Since 2005 a large amount of investment has been placed into streamlining our PVC production department whilst also improving other areas of the company. See below for additional information.

Software

Alongside industry standard software, Dempsey Dyer invest in a range of bespoke applications produced specifically for the Window, Door and Conservatory industry. Our in-house team of database administrators allows us to stay on top of product updates and dataset issues resulting in an efficient system benefiting all parties. Investment has also been placed into the support of these bespoke applications in the event Dempsey Dyer are unable to resolve certain issues. This investment ensures in very low downtime and disruption as a result of problems beyond our control.

Production

To streamline our activities the PVC production department has seen a high level of investment in new machinery and links to this machinery from our bespoke software suites. This vastly speeds up the production process whilst minimising the potential for human error. Our Timber department is currently experiencing the same high level of investment as seen in the PVC production department.

With continual Research and Development of our Timber products we continue to provide technological improvements for our Windows, Doors and Conservatories.
