Deal Hospital - Kent - Dempsey Dyer won two phases of this contract for the supply of timber box sash sliders to the NHS (during phase 1) and a main contractor (during phase 2). This development utilised the revolutionary Accoya engineered timber available from Dempsey Dyer.
Derwent House - Colne - This £82,000 contract saw the supply of Decoroc Ivory window frames for the rejuvenation of the former Colne Grammar School into 23 luxury apartments. The development as a whole took 52 weeks to complete and cost £4 million.
East North East Homes - Leeds - Case study covering the partnership between Dempsey Dyer and East North East Homes Leeds ALMO since 2004 regarding the installation of new UPVC windows and doors to the Leeds Council housing stock.
The Locks - Colne - Dempsey Dyer supplied approximately 850 frames with a contract value of £250,000 for the luxury development of The Locks in Colne.
Wolsey Building - Leicester - Case study covering the supply of 322 windows spanning 7 floors for the Wolsey Building rejuvenation project in Leicester.
