Launched in 2005, our Composite Door range has been designed with aesthetics and fitting in mind. We have therefore utilised the Timber range of ironmongery and sourced a Door Blank with a superior Timber appearance and high stability properties.
Specification
A 44mm Door Blank creates a flush internal finish on the Deceuninck 2800 series outer frame. The Door Blank is constructed by bonding high-impact, fibreglass outer skins to Composite rails surrounding an inner core of thermal efficient insulating foam (CFC free). A Timber inner frame provides strength and as this is not exposed to the elements, cannot absorb moisture and therefore the Door neither warps, twists, or rots.
Locking System:
Utilising a three point dead-bolt with additional "mortise lock", our Composite Door locking system is proven to withstand the three main attack methods (bumping, drilling and snapping).
Hinge:
Fully rebated and with adjustments in three dimensions, our Composite Door hinge combines traditional aesthetics with modern technology.
PAS 23/24 Security:
PAS 23/24 security is available as standard on our Composite Door range.
Secured By Design:
By upgrading the glass specification to laminate, we are able to offer this product as Secured By Design.
Colours:
Our Composite Doors are available White to the inside as standard. There are 5 colour variations to the outside available as through colour which are; White, Black, Red, Green and Blue. On top of the through colour range, we are able to utilise the Timber spray department to match any RAL colour you may require.
