Quality Management Certification Upgrade

Dempsey Dyer have successfully upgraded from the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard to 2008 edition.
The BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certification is awarded to companies that complete a successful audit based on the 2008 standard.
Some of the requirements business processes must meet to achieve the 2008 standard are as follows:
- Documenting procedures covering all key processes.
- Frequently reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness
- Monitoring processes to ensure their effectiveness.
- Maintaining adequate records.
- Checking output for defects.
- Issuing appropriate corrective action where necessary.
- Facilitating continual improvement.
Following an audit of Dempsey Dyer's quality management system in August 2009, BSI have confirmed the successful upgrade from the 2000 to the 2008 standard. A certificate was issued on 03/09/2009 and can be found on Dempsey Dyer's certification page where a wide range of Dempsey Dyer's valid certificates can be downloaded.
Dempsey Dyer Ltd. are audited twice a year by BSI to maintain their BSI registered status and BS EN ISO 9001 certification and are dedicated to manufacturing high quality windows, doors and conservatories in both Timber and PVCu.
