Insulation:
With the 2500 series profile been designed to comply with all current building regulations and the requirements that go with this, the profile benefits from advanced features which help to provide a high level of insulation and weather performance (described below). The 2500 series profile has achieved the below accreditation to highlight its insulation performance.
- BS EN 12567-1:2000 (Thermal Performance, Windows & Doors).
Weather Performance:
The 2500 series profile features a multi-functional weatherseal using modern designs and materials. This weatherseal benefits from been welded at the corners to provide an all-round seal which helps to improve the insulating properties of our UPVC products using the 2500 Chamfered series profile. This profile has achieved the below accreditation.
- BS 7412:2002 (Weather Performance For Windows).
Security:
With the 2500 series profile been fully tested and accredited to the below standards, our UPVC products manufactured using this profile share the same benefits.
- BS 7950:1997 (Enhanced Security Performance, Windows).
- PAS 24-1 : 1999 (Enhanced Security Performance, Doors).
Profile Colours:
