IT Support

Here at Dempsey Dyer, we believe the provision of IT Support for our customers is a high priority.

Should you require remote assitance for applications provided by or through Dempsey Dyer then please contact us and ask for the IT department.

Please Note: We are only able to offer support for applications provided as a service through Dempsey Dyer and in other specific circumstances.

If you have been instructed to do so, please follow the below steps in order to download and run the remote support tool. This tool will allow our IT department to take control of your P.C depending on your internet connection.

  1. Download the support client, saving it to your desktop.
  2. Double click the support client to open the application (If prompted to do so, click run).
  3. The program will ask for a session number. Type in the session number given to you over the phone.
  4. Once a session is initiated, you will be asked to allow permission for another computer to take control of your P.C, please click yes.
