Colour

Pass on customisation opportunities to the end user

Our composite doors supply is available in a range of colours, meaning you can meet customer requirements and desires for creative control. With white offered as standard internally, there are 7 additional colour variations for the exterior. For your convenience, we are also able to utilise our in-house timber spray department to match any RAL colour – ideal for meeting demands and getting ahead of the competition.

Hardware

Quality, down to the smallest touch

To optimise the aesthetics and performance of our composite doors supply, we have utilised the same range of ironmongery that we use on our timber products. We have also sourced a door blank that has a superior timber appearance. These factors ensure that your customers can benefit from doors that look identical to timber – but those that don’t come with any of the same maintenance issues, such as warping or rotting.

Performance

Highly secure and energy efficient

We utilise a three point dead-bolt locking system and additional mortise lock for added security; the MACO secure guarantee is present with any of their locks. PAS 23/24 standards are achieved – with laminated glass our composite doors can achieve Secured by Design standards.

Our blank slabs are fabricated by bonding high-impact, fibreglass outer skins to composite rails and surrounding an inner core of CFC free insulating foam with a strong timber frame. This offers high levels of thermal insulation to offer your customers.
